These terms cover using this website. By using this site, you're agreeing to them.
The content on this site
The mixes, remixes, podcasts, videos, artwork, and writing on this site belong to DJMC unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to stream and enjoy everything here for your own personal listening. What you can't do: download, copy, redistribute, rebroadcast, resell, or use any of it commercially (including sampling it into your own releases or DJ sets for profit) without asking first.
Streaming, not downloading
Mixes and videos are made available to stream, not to download. Trying to work around that (scraping, ripping streams, bots, or anything similar) isn't allowed.
Booking requests
Submitting the booking form is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. Availability, pricing, and the actual agreement for any event are worked out directly with DJMC afterward, outside of this website. This site doesn't process payments or issue contracts.
Mailing list
Signing up for the mailing list means you'll get emails about new mixes, shows, and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. See the Privacy Policy for how that information is handled.
Links to other sites
This site links out to places like Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram, and similar. DJMC isn't responsible for the content, policies, or availability of those outside sites once you leave here.
No guarantees
This site is provided as-is. DJMC doesn't guarantee it'll always be online, error-free, or uninterrupted, and isn't liable for issues that come from using it (or not being able to use it) beyond what's required by law.

These terms may be updated from time to time as the site changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
